Smoking & bad breath

Smoking defiantly causes bad breath. The act of smoking leaves bad odor in humans mouth. Smoking affects the flow of saliva in the mouth and makes it very dry, and a dry mouth is a smelly mouth within minuets. Bad breath continues even after the initial smell of the smoke has gone. Cigarets contains Tar and nicotine which also damage the mouth surfs.

When you smoke you raise the mouth temperature, causing damage to oral tissues/destroys them. Bacteria then can move more freely in the mouth, causing hygienic problems.

These are the best tips I got online, in order to control bad breath caused by smoking:

1.  Chew sugarless gum.
2. Stop smoking or at-list reduce the amount of Cigs you take per day.
3. Relationships can be marred due to bad breath from your mouth, QA them.
4. Drink lots of water.

What will Tobacco cigarettes make you feel like? All about hormones, pleasure and enjoyment

Someone (probably an old Chinese wise man) told me in the past - Cigarette is the only product that kills you, if and when it is used by the manufacturer's instructions.

The first cigarette in America, was invented by the local Indians who saw how Spaniards from Europe smoke and chew tobacco. Tobacco is used in a cigarette/hookah/toke pipes or rolled papers. The traditional attached filter suppose to filter most of the poisons found in the commercial cigarettes...but they're not. These days, they are mostly used by the cigarettes manufacturers to give the cigarette the wanted after taste.

World wide numbers shows that there are about 1.1 billion smokers around the world, and they smoke about 5.5 trillion cigarettes per year. 40% of the worlds Men population smokes, and about 10% of women.

In western culture, tobacco cigarettes are considered as drug, mostly because of the Nicotine which is an addictive substance, a narcotic one some might say. Through our healthy lungs, the smokes drives Nicotine to our brain in about 10 seconds. Then the body produces more and more arousing hormones (noradrenaline & dopamine) and gives a sense of pleasure and enjoyment.

Smokers report that the smoking habit is something they would love to quit, but afraid of because - 1. They think quitting would 100% made them fatter. 2. They fill like smoking improves concentration and gives a soothing feeling of pleasure. In fact, most of these fillings are real, however, when consistently smoking, the body needs more tobacco and more nicotine in order to achieve them.

Cheers! Adele :-)

How did I personally stopped the smoking habit

Better things to do then smoking
As you'll read in my new stop smoking right now blog, it was not an easy job for me, I was in love with cigarettes, and tobacco was my middle name. I've decided one they that coolness is important but not as my health and wealth (they naturally comes together, and as all natural things us,the Human race, crash it frequently). Stop smoking, there are better things to do

Lets think of a cigarette as a friend। Can you stick with a friend that gives you tar? Tar is like Cyanide। Would you come to visit me if I'll choose to kill you with amazing verity of formulas that would make cancer your next and last good friend? I think you wont। But you're in a position where you have to smoke, and after having to smoke you need to smoke and want to smoke and you can always quit can't you? (Cause the others who says - "I can't quit at all" are not with us because they too ignorant to browse the web or have no first world communication abilities or they are just not with us anymore!).

I'll tell you all about my instantly quit smoking. You'll stop smoking in no time, just give me a little time.
